3.2 Technical, Usage, & Application Telemetry (all brands)

Device logs, IP addresses, browser type, technical error reporting, system metrics, and transaction timestamps required to optimize framework performance and detect security threats.

3.3 Financial and Corporate Add-On Data (Telekenisis IT)

For users opting into optional accounting or subscription add-ons, the system processes tax categories, structural brand designations, expenditure data, digital receipt imagery, and calibrated calculation constants. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers. Transactional data is securely isolated within separate cloud containers.

3.4 Sensitive Health & Wellness Reflections (Organic Meditation)

User-submitted logs, qualitative mood reflections, and mental health tracking points are localized or securely stored utilizing robust end-to-end encryption protocols.

3.5 Union Member Data (Telekenisis IT / Union Leader Local™)

Customers of the Union Leader Local™ platform may upload or generate:

All records are retained within secure environments utilizing advanced access controls, identity management tools, and encrypted vaults (such as Azure Key Vault frameworks). Specific safeguards include:

The services are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Apprentice members in some skilled trades (within Union Leader Local™ Customer deployments) may be 14 or older; we collect only the minimum information necessary for union administration.

The Corporation will notify affected users and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada of any breach of security safeguards involving Personal Information that creates a real risk of significant harm, as required by PIPEDA.
