By utilizing any portal, product, manuscript, codebase, or utility hosted or produced by RELAX AND UNWIND IN NATURE INC. (Ontario Corporation Number: 1001595653, hereafter "the Corporation"), you unequivocally accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These conditions globally govern any customer interacting with platforms branded under:
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the Corporation, operating from Ontario, Canada.
To register as a Customer or Customer Administrator, you must:
Members and other Authorized Users may use the services as permitted by the subscribing Customer.
Each operating segment fulfills distinct functions subject to strict boundaries:

Access to optional modular add-on tiers (such as the Entity Management Accounting add-on within Telekenisis IT) is restricted to subscribers maintaining valid, non-delinquent payment profiles. Subscription tiers, setup charges, and add-on processing fees are governed by the specific marketing agreements, pricing lists, or service agreements in effect at the point of initialization.
The Corporation may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change indicates acceptance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
You agree NOT to:
Customers retain all rights, title, and interest in their Member Data.
Customer grants the Corporation a limited, non-exclusive license to use Member Data to:
Customers may export Member Data at any time via the export features within the service. Upon termination, Customer Data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
All operational source code (including but not limited to TypeScript architectures, React Native components, Python/Flask backends, database engines, and custom APIs), system interfaces, written manuscripts, graphics, and course layouts remain the absolute intellectual property of RELAX AND UNWIND IN NATURE INC. under Canadian and international copyright protection frameworks.
Union Leader™, Union Leader Local™, StrikeOps™, Telekenisis IT, Organic Meditation, and The Return To Work Plan are trademarks of RELAX AND UNWIND IN NATURE INC. You may not use these marks without prior written permission, except for nominative fair use. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant the Corporation a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the services.
The services integrate with third-party services including Microsoft (account sign-in), Google services, Apple Sign-In, Firebase, and Stripe. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms. The Corporation is not responsible for third-party services.
The Corporation aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is performed with reasonable notice. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans only.
You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. Termination is effective at the end of the current billing period.
The Corporation may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, engage in conduct harmful to the services or other users, or are required to be terminated by law.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Corporation does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
These limitations do not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or Member Data you upload that violates third-party rights.
These Terms are interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Corporation at admin@unionleader.ca. The Corporation will try to resolve disputes within 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
The Corporation may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the services at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
